We are now offering the In2Care® Mosquito Trap

We are now offering year-round mosquito protection for the perimeter of your residence or business using the In2Care® Mosquito Trap. The mosquito trap is designed to affect mosquitoes using a US-EPA approved and World Health Organization (WHO) recommended mixture to target and kill mosquitoes and larvae without the use of toxic chemicals found in traditional mosquito repellent

What is the In2Care® Mosquito Trap?

The In2Care® mosquito trap is a small durable plastic pot like container that uses water and a floating gauze landing strip with bio-active ingredients that targets and attracts mosquitoes. The In2Care® Mosquito Trap is placed outdoors in an area where mosquitoes are likely to congregate such as dense vegetation and areas prone to moisture retention.

What does it do?

The trap is designed to target Aedes mosquitoes which are the primary carriers of diseases such as Dengue Fever, Zika, West Nile, and other mosquito borne diseases. The biological agent targets adult mosquitoes, larvae, and their breeding sites near the trap location to distribute its control agent. The bio-active mixture has a short half-life and low dose that presents an extremely low risk to non-targeted organisms such as fish, birds, pets, butterflies, bees, and other animals & insects. The trap will also eliminate the need to regularly spray the entire treatment area with chemicals for mosquito control.

What we offer:

Our deployment program comes with an optional initial mosquito suppression spray to achieve faster results. After our initial suppression spray, we will install the In2Care® Mosquito Trap within 5-7 days to maintain protection. No other suppression sprays for mosquitoes should be required except in extreme circumstances. Typically, without the initial suppression spray, it will take around 2 weeks for the trap to infect and begin to kill area mosquitoes, larvae, and breeding sites. We service the In2Care® Mosquito Trap every 4-6 weeks to ensure the trap is serviceable and to replenish the larvicide to maintain optimal protection.
